Payments
Our Policy
All decor orders must be submitted 30 days prior to your wedding date.
We accept cash that can be brought by our office or checks that can be
mailed to our secure P.O. Box.

When checking out, please use the code “check” for your balance to equal $0 so that the order may go through. Once received, we will contact you for your preferred form of payment (cash or check).
Please go to checkout before entering the code and note that your total amount should include a 7% sales tax. (For example, if your total is $200 before sales tax, then your total rental price will be $214.)

Please do NOT add a card number as we are only accepting
cash or check at this time.

Our Rental Return Policy
Everything You Need to Know
We encourage your decorator, florist, coordinator and/or you to draw out your tables/layout to know exactly what you are going to use before ordering decor from the showroom. A $200 restocking fee will be kept from your security deposit if any included decor or Heyward Manor rentals are requested and brought to the venue and not used.
